SUPERIOR PROPANE ACQUIRES CANWEST PROPANE
Mississauga, ON (September 27, 2017) – Superior Propane has completed the acquisition of Gibson Energy’s retail propane business Canwest Propane, which includes Stittco Energy. The transaction was subject to completion of closing conditions including regulatory approvals, which have now been obtained.
